The material has scratches and little holes in it. When you hold it up to the light you can see through it in spots. I didn't return it because I didn't want the hastle, it will do. I just hope no little bugs can find their way through those holes. I do love the center storage area. Made of durable nylon type material. Much better than the cardboard box I was using. There was a small tear in the zipper seam. I was very disappointed and would not recommend it.
